  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped
Direction:
  1. First of all heat the oven to 375 degrees F and Butter a 9 by 13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Than combine the water, thyme, bay leaf, and salt and bring to a boil over medium heat in a pan. After that put the chicken and simmer until cooked through, about 15 minutes, depending on thickness of the chicken. Once it get cooled dice into 1/2-inch cubes and reserve.
  3. Again boil the water and add the wild rice, and cover, cook over medium heat until the rice grains split, 40 to 45 minutes.
  4. In a small pot add 2 teaspoon of butter. Once the butter start melting down, add the brown sugar, cranberries, rosemary, bread crumbs, and a pinch of salt. Start stirring until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is uniform and transfer to a different bowl. Then add the mushrooms, onions, and a pinch of salt and stir it continuously for 5 minute.
  5. Finally add the heavy cream and reduce the heat and simmer about 2 minutes to thicken slightly. Add the Gruyere and mix to incorporate. Finally Spread the cranberry mixture evenly over the top of the casserole and bake until golden and bubbling and keep it for another 15 to 20 minutes.  Now the Casserole Recipes is ready.

 INGREDIENTS:-
  • Skinless, boneless chicken breast: – 1 ½ pounds
  • Dried oregano: – 2 tablespoons
  • All purpose flour for coating :- 1 cup
  • Butter :- 4 tablespoon
  • Eggs (beaten):- 2
  • Vegetable oil: – 1 table spoon
  • Meat extract:-1 teaspoon
  • Chopped fresh parsley: – 2 tablespoon
  • Fresh lemon juice: – 2 teaspoon
  • Chicken broth: – 1 cup
  • Dry marsala wine: – ½ cup
  • Grated parmesan cheese for chopping (optional):- ¼ cup
  • Fresh sliced mushrooms: – 2 ½ cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Grounded black pepper: – as per taste
Directions to prepare:-
  1. Pound the chicken breasts in to thin serving pieces with a mallet.
  2. Whisk egg in a bowl.
  3. Dip the chicken pieces in flour and then dip in egg.
  4. Take a long- handled metal cooking pot  and melt 2 tablespoons of butter  and 1 tablespoon of oil.
  5. Sauté chicken pieces until light brown.
  6. Do not crowd the pan as it will be difficult to turn pieces.
  7. Add more oil to pan if needed.
  8. It is necessary to keep chicken from sticking to pot.
  9. Place chicken on a serving plate and keep in a warm oven.
  10. Sauté the sliced mushrooms in butter and oil left over in metal pot.
  11. Do until the mushroom releases juices and gets evaporated.
  12. Mushrooms begin to brown after evaporation on pot.
  13. Now, add chicken broth, marsala wine, parsley, oregano and meat extract. Mix well.
  14. Cook over high heat until liquid is reduced to half quantity.
  15.  Remove the pan from flame.
  16. Mix 2 tablespoon butter and lemon juice to the pan.
  17. Sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
  18. You can even pour sauce on chicken and sprinkle cheese over it to add taste.
  19. Garnish with broccoli or salad for a good look.

BBQ & Grilling chicken has been the most preferred menu for many a people. Here,we will demonstrate you the easy BBQ & Grilling version of a classic Jamaican dish, jerk chicken. The whole preparation will consume 10 minutes to make and 30 minutes to cook also the time for marinating.
Ingredients for preparation: 
  • 2-3 tsp of jerk seasoning, however you can also add more than this if you like spicy food,
  • 1 tbsp of light soy sauce
  • 8 small or 4 large chicken pieces with skin removed
  • 4 tbsp of tomato ketchup
  • A little vegetable oil, for greasing purpose
Direction for preparation:
  1. First of all keep all the jerk seasoning, soy sauce, tomato ketchup and honey into a big bowl and mix everything together.
  2. Be careful and cut slits in the chicken meat, without cutting all the way through. After that put the chicken into the jerk mixture and move the chicken around so that it is coated in the seasoning. However you can use your hand or a spoon for the stirring purpose. Wash your hand properly and cover the chicken and put in the fridge for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
  3. Then switch on the oven on to 190°C/fan170°C/gas 5. Spoon all the marinade into a heavy-based roasting tin lightly greased with a little oil along with the chicken.
  4. In the mean time you cut one of the chicken pieces open to check that it is not pink in the middle. Keep it cooking for another 5 minutes if it is at all pink, then check again. Now the BBQ chicken ready to serve.  Enjoy the BBQ & Grilling chicken.

Bahan Resep Kue Bolu Kukus Cokelat :
  • terigu kunci biru 250 gr
  • maizena 50 gr
  • telur 2 butir
  • emulsifier 1 sdt
  • gula kastor 250 gr
  • vanili bubuk 1/2 sdt
  • kelapa sangrai digunakan untuk hiasan
  • DCC 80 gr dilelehkan
  • santan instan 200 cc
  • Pasta coklat secukupnya
Cara Membuat Resep Kue Bolu Kukus Cokelat :
  • Kukusan dipanaskan, lalu tutupnya di alasi dengan menggunakan sebuah kain serbet.Jangan lupa alasi juga cetakan untuk bolu kukus dengan menggunakan paper cup.
  • gula, vanili, emulsifier dan telur dikocok dengan menggunakan kecepatan tinggi hingga menjadi kental.
  • Tambahkan cairan secara sedikit sedikit, bahan tepung ( seperti terigu, cokelat bubuk, serta maizena yang sudah melalu proses diayak terlebih dahulu) dan cairan silih berganti, hal tersebut dibarengi dengan mixer yang berjalan terus dengan kecepatan yang sedang. Kemudian tambahkanlah pasta coklat secukupnya.
  • Sesudah semua bahan tercampur, kemudian lanjutkan dengan melakukan pengocokan yang menggunakan kecepatan tinggi kurang lebih sekitar 15 menit hingga menjadi kental.
  • Tuangkan ke dalam cetakan bolu kukus hingga penuh. Lalu taburi dengan kelapa parut sangrai sebagai hiasan.
  • Lalu kukus kurang lebih 15 menit.

Bahan Resep Ayam Panggang Rempah :
  • paha ayam bagian bawah 6 buah, langsung kerat-kerat
  • bawang merah 10 butir, lalu kupas
  • mentega 2 sendok makan
Aduklah hingga menjadi satu:
  • bawang putih 2 siung, kemudian parut
  • saus BBQ 2 sendok makan
  • saus caba 1 sendok makan
  • merica hitam 1/2 sendok teh, lalu memarkan dengan sedikit halus
  • rosemary kering 1 sendok teh
  • garam 1 sendok teh
Cara Membuat Resep Ayam Panggang Rempah :
  • Paha ayam bersama bumbu di aduk sampai menjadi rata.
  • Simpan dengan memakai wadah yang tahan panas.
  • Kemudian tumislah bawang merah sampai menjadi layu.
  • Tuangkanlah ke bagian atas ayam yang sudah diberi bumbu bersama dengan mentega yang sudah dilelehkan.
  • Kemudian panggang lah dengan memakai oven panas yang bersuhu 170 C kira – kira sekitar 30 menit sampai ayam menjadi lunak dan empuk.
  • Setelah itu angkat ayam dan hidangkan selama masih hangat.
